[PR] [rust] Parallelize OR global-index planning across files [paimon-rust]
XiaoHongbo-Hope opened a new pull request, #1011:
URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/pull/1011
## Summary
- Evaluate OR branches concurrently within the existing scan-level limit, then process their results in predicate order.
- Serialize BTree queries for the same resolved file path to reuse the reader without consuming permits while waiting on that file.
- Preserve row-range merging, index coverage, fallback, and residual-filter semantics.
## Validation
- `cargo test --locked -p paimon --lib global_index_scanner::tests` — 62 passed, 1 existing ignored.
- `cargo clippy --locked -p paimon --lib --tests -- -D warnings` — passed.
- `cargo fmt --all --check` and `git diff --check` — passed.
No customer-workload A/B was run for this patch. Earlier prototype measurements are not claimed as results of this PR.
