SUMMARY
Provide option of disabling the domains
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Navigate to Domains
2. Create a domain
3. There is no option to disable the domain available
The only option present is to remove it
Currently, Cloudstack supports the option of disabling of the accounts and users

https://cloudstack.apache.org/api/apidocs-4.18/apis/disableUser.html
It would be great if Cloudstack extends the feature to the domains also
Expected behaviour
If a domain is disabled, it should not be listed during the creation of resources such as (network etc)

@kiranchavala what happens to the domain resources especially accounts, users (and sub-domain, their accounts, users) when disabled?
I don't think we really need this or at least this needs some spec

this may prove difficult and maybe even ambiguous by nature. I.E. what to do with child domains. (open for discussion of course)
