   I have dealt with such a warning before, but reading back my comments in a setuptools issue, it was actually for pyarrow: https://github.com/pypa/setuptools/issues/3340#issuecomment-1219441604
   
   And it also seems we fixed this warning once before: https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/13309 (cc @raulcd), but now it re-appeared?
