[Bug 120372] used font colors are not stored in the last row of the font color window

I do not understand your description.
How do you set the color? For example
(1) In the "Font color" drop down list on the "Font effects" dialog page of a
paragraph style.
(2) In the "Font color" drop down list on the "Font effects" dialog page of a
character style.
(3) In the "Font color" drop down list on the "Font effects" dialog page of a
direct setting via Format > Character or context menu > Character
(4) Via the "Font color" table of the "Font Color" icon in the formatting
toolbar.

What do you mean with "stored in the last row"?

If you want a consistent style of different parts of your text, the correct way
to do it, is to define a style and apply it to all those parts.
