Actually the final page is going to remove all of those issue IDs. If you look at the other major changes pages, they aren't a huge list of jira issues. I left them in my first pass through just for reference for when I go back through and write up the final notes on the changes.

I know for developers the issues are interesting and important, but pointing users at them tends to be a shortcut for actually writing out the change and the impact of the change. More often than not the issue does not tell your average user what they need to know in a straightforward way.
