XMLSCHEMA: Snapshot of 1.4(.3) posted

Given the inventory of +1 votes for an XmlSchema release, I just
pushed a 1.4-SNAPSHOT to the standard Apache snapshot repository.

scpexe://people.apache.org/www/people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository

Interested parties are invited to kick its tires.

I will move to proposing a release candidate after I give people a bit
of time to check this out.
