I am attaching a patch with a new section for the Validator User Guide.

It lists the standard validations that are shipped with struts with a brief 
description and example for each.

Currently the way to find out what the standard "shipped" validations are is  
either look at the validator example webapp or read through the validation-
rules.xml which is shipped. I would have found this useful.
