> With METRON-1351, we will have installable packages to make the installation of Metron on Ubuntu far simpler.  We need to create an equivalent version of "Full Dev" that runs on Ubuntu.  This will allow us to easily ensure that the packages, along with the rest of Metron, works when run on Ubuntu.
