设置 series 的 markArea 属性，yAxis 仅支持设置数值，y 可以设置百分比，但是是相对于整个容器的，如果期望能针对 Y 轴设置百分比，需要如何实现
### Current Behavior
设置 series 的 markArea 属性，设置 yAxis 为百分比的时候无效
### Expected Behavior
期望 yAxis 能设置百分比
