   Current organization of release dir is not consistent. I suggest to have the following dir structure:
   
   ```
   release/
     services/
        tms, kms, ..., *.enclave.so
        enclave_info.txt
        auditors/
      examples/
      lib/
   ```
   
   The original `bin` can be abandoned. The `out` can be still used as a temporary dir if still needed.
