DTD location

I have a log4j config file in a jar which is inside a war that is deployed on a web app server.

The log4j jar is in the WEB-INF/lib dir of the war itself.

When I start up the web app server the deployed war complains that it cannot find the log4j dtd file.

Can anyone help me with this?
