maintenance on repository.apache.org - may have broken an ignite staging repository

Hello ignite folks.

I noticed that there is a staging repo on repository.apache.org, it's url
is here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheignite-1249

I had to address some data integrity issues on repository.apache.org and
that staging repo may have been a casualty. Likely the easiest fix would be
to drop that repository and stage a new build.

Does anybody know what that staging repository is used for? Is it safe to
drop it?

Wes, let's for a couple of days and, in case of no response, you can go
ahead and remove that staging.
