[users@httpd] rotatelogs and virtual hosts - system load

I run 2.0.43 on RedHat 7.3 and everything works fine.
ps ax shows

 4195 ? S 0:01 /usr/local/apache2/bin/httpd -k start
 4196 ? S 0:00 /usr/local/apache2/bin/rotatelogs
/usr/local/apache2/logs/%d_%m_%Y_access_log

 4197 ? S 0:00 /usr/local/apache2/bin/rotatelogs
/usr/local/apache2/logs/%d_%m_%Y_error_log

 4198 ? S 0:00 /usr/local/apache2/bin/rotatelogs
/usr/local/apache2/logs/%d_%m_%Y_agent_log

 4199 ? S 0:00 /usr/local/apache2/bin/rotatelogs
/usr/local/apache2/logs/%d_%m_%Y_referer_lo

 4200 ? S 0:30 /usr/local/apache2/bin/httpd -k start
 4201 ? S 0:00 /usr/local/apache2/bin/httpd -k start

Is it a problem to run about 80 virtual hosts on one machine and
use rotatelogs as described above?
