The page at http://activemq.apache.org/getting-started.html#GettingStarted-StartingActiveMQ in the testing installation section I find the following in the windows instructions:

netstat -an|find &quot;61616&quot;

Obviously a double-escaped ampersand in the HTML. It should of course be

netstat -an|find "61616"
