error 421 with spam assassin

Hello
 
    Could you plz help me out in 421 error (mail bounce back) after enabling Spam Assassin on server. Ver 3.0.1. When Spam Assassin is enabled mail get bounced back and when it is disable mail works fine. Tested on multiple servers & for mupltiple  domains.
