[I] Make translation extraction less error-prone by sorting keys

### Body
We use `ngx-translate-extract` to extract strings for translation.
This approach is currently quite error-prone when strings are edited.
To reduce sources of errors, the extracted strings in translation files (e.g. `en.json`) should be consistently sorted.

In `ngx-translate-extract`, there is an option to sort the strings alphabetically: `--sort, -s`
