With 1779037 added stats collection around NRT indexing with following stats captured
* /oak:index/lucene_NRT_OPEN_TIME - Time duration for which a given NRT index remained open
* /oak:index/lucene_NRT_REFRESH_TIME - Time spent in refresh operation
* /oak:index/cqPageLucene_NRT_SIZE - Histogram for size of NRT index
* /oak:index/lucene_NRT_UPDATES - Meter around rate of updates added to index
The naming convention is <index path>\_NRT\_<stats type>
