   i meet  the same problem but my error tip is 
   7>"Running: OpWrapperGenerator.py E:/MxNet/incubator-mxnet/build/Debug/libmxnet.dll"
   7>Traceback (most recent call last):
   7>  File "OpWrapperGenerator.py", line 426, in <module>
   7>    raise(e)
   7>WindowsError: [Error 126]
   how can i solve this ?
