Silly question

I've feel like I must be missing something very obvious. I've downloaded
the forrest distribution but couldn't find the bin directory or forrest bat
file. I ran build.bat but that didn't create it.

What am I doing wrong?

Depending on the version you downloaded, I found forrest.bat in

forrest\bin (Version 0.7) or
forrest\src\core\bin (Version 0.6)

it's in <forrest>/src/core
see http://forrest.apache.org/docs/upgrading_06.html#home

The release notes explain how to set your environment variables to get
started. Also see http://forrest.apache.org/docs/your-project.html, the
first thing it explains is how to install and start a new project.
