Kupu editor - response code 415 error

Hello,

I'm using Lenya 2.0.2.
I'm constantly see JS error when trying to edit any page.

Error saving your data.
Response status 415.
Check your server log for more details.

Is this some known issue?

Possibly this one:

The problem here is that Kupu may generate html that violates the XHTML-Basic 
schema imposed by the standard lenya configuration. You might try to apply the 
patch that I attached to the bug:
