Feedback: tomcat-3.2.4

Please I need help to solve this:
 
I have problems to install tomcat-3.2.4
 
During installation I used the information in
c:\jakarta-tomcat-3.2.4\doc\tomcat-iis-howto.html
 
For a detailed description of my problems please have a look in the
attached files.
