Problem between 1.2b10 and 1.2b11-dev with mod_rewrite

After installing the current 1.2b11-dev I've discovered that mod_rewrite has
problems on sending HTTP redirects. I've still not investigated what the
actual problem is. Seems like all rewriting rules etc. work ok, just HTTP
redirects (flag [R]) now result in a page just saying that the page has moved.
Perhaps the redirect is done but with a result code of 200 instead of 4xx?

Anybody else also seen problem with 1.2b11-dev on redirects?
