The Provisioning.pm module has the main/default node_status routine that handles most if not all the tasks related to checking on the status of a given node.

It is only called from the new.pm for new reservations(new,reload,preload, etc) and returns the proper variables(RELOAD, READY, or post_load)

By making the one in Provisioning.pm the default - it will make the other provisioning modules cleaner and allow for more consistency on the return variable from the provisioning object.
