[DISCUSS] Add SauceLab to thanks page of Weex

Hi, community.

I’d like to run Weex test case with emulator on SauceLab [1] as they provide stable and fast emulator than TravisCI. When I am applying the open source account of SauceLab, I am notified that I must list Sauce in Thanks Page. According to what I know, ASF is OK with this thanks page if we follow some rules [2].

So, I am going to list SauceLab in the thank page of Weex formally this week if there is no objections.

I have just created Thanks page[1], which lists Sauce Lab and other possible sponsor in the future.
