Exception using nighly build

Hi,


I was trying to deploy services using the nightly build and I get the
following exception. Does anyone know what's up?

C:\Working\samples.recipe>java org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient
http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter deploy DeploymentDescriptor.xml
