   @lanking520 So, I just discovered Symbol.sample_normal which is exactly what it is about !
   http://mxnet.incubator.apache.org/versions/1.2.1/api/python/symbol/symbol.html#mxnet.symbol.sample_normal
   So the Random module is useless, isn't it ?
