   ### Rationale for this change
   
   This is a follow-up of GH-36029. This is still a workaround.
   
   Old Protobuf and gRPC installed by Homebrew aren't used because they don't exit in a standard path.
   
   ### What changes are included in this PR?
   
   Add paths of them explicitly.
   
   ### Are these changes tested?
   
   Yes.
   
   ### Are there any user-facing changes?
   
   Yes.
