Add a link in the menu bar that points to supporting projects.  Have it point into a new 'Supporting projects' appendix in the refguide that would replace the stale wiki page of same name.  We already have a 'sql on hbase' appendix that lists phoenix and trafodion.  We'd start with these two. Anyone who wants mention just asks.
