with the current implementation of WebContextsService it isn't possible to use actors which resolve e.g. @ApplicationScoped beans, because 'applicationContexts' is a ThreadLocal which isn't initialized if an actor-framework created the thread. it's needed e.g. if batches in a web-app are based on an actor-framework.
