[RESULT] [VOTE] Promote maven-app-engine (mae) from sandbox and release 1.0-alpha-1

This vote has passed with 6 binding (and one non-binding) +1's. The
results are as follows:

+1 (binding): John, Olivier, Kristian, Mark S., Herve, Stephen
+1 (non-binding): Lukas

I'll promote the artifacts.
