After download the last build 15.3 the rtl Hebrew still the same, When I press the RTL button it doesn't reverse the Hebrew words.
Its the same like in the screenshots I have attached.

After I have downloaded the last build from 3.15.2012, The RTL button dosn't function ,
When I am pressing the RTL button the hebrew word dosn't reverse, it reamin in the same order like I have attached in the screenshoots.

Thanks for the details and the screenshot, as soon as the nightly builds are available I can commit some changes, but I need your feedback, cause I have no idea if its right or not in Arabic.
It would be great if you could contribute to our Arabic translation, see:

(there is also an Arabic.xml ... Hebrew unfortunately has no translations at all yet)

Description:
When I try to use RTL function in chat room It doesn't working, The hebrew text that I type come in the same order.
But if I try to use the public chat before I enter into Conference Room (the first page after login, I press chat tab) the RTL function and the text come in the right order.
I can't attach Screen Shoot, but I send it via email.
