Mailing Lists in maven-parent

Hi,

I noticed that several POMs duplicate the mailing list info (e.g. 
maven-plugins, maven-plugin-testing, maven-plugin-tools, ...). Our 
current maven-parent only defines the notification and announcement 
lists. Do we have a reason to not include the dev, user, issues and 
commits lists here, too?

Yes it is due to inheritance problem (MNG-3124)

We have Maven dev/users/issue/ lists but also other lists for Doxia, Wagon...
So, Maven parent should include only ML which are used by all Maven subprojects.
