[jira] [Updated] (HELIX-373) Make it easier to do crud operations on high-level config classes

Kanak Biscuitwala updated HELIX-373:
------------------------------------

Description: Right now there is a massive amount of code duplication in the config and snapshot classes. Really these classes should be implemented in such a way that they can still leverage the physical model underneath, but provide a high-level logical aggregation of these to the user. That way we can have ease of use while keeping the implementation simple.
