Buck build support

 Hi,

The buck build system ( https://buckbuild.com/ ) seems to have robust support for building Thrift bindings for multiple languages. It would be even more helpful if it was possible to build Thrift as a buck target or in other words specify the Thrift compiler as a build target rather than as an external binary here:  https://buckbuild.com/concept/buckconfig.html#thrift . Is it therefore possible to provide a BUCK build file in the Thrift repository?
