Yep, for some reason, I cannot copy and paste without screwing something up.  Sorry for the hassle.

Please try version 25.  I think I fixed that.  I could not reproduce your problem with 24 and selecting the SDK in FB 4.7.  Please attach the flex-sdk-description.xml file and the installer.log file from the installed Flex SDK folder.
