German RSS Provider !

Does anybody know a german RSS, OCS content provider like Moreover.com ?

Unfortunately, the xmltree.com OCS feed stopped working. In there there 
were a few german, french and spanish channels.

I am not aware of any free ocs feed (I mean by free one in which people 
can register their channels).
