[I] Get Operators subclassing `SkipMixin` working with Task SDK [airflow]
kaxil opened a new issue, #45823:

The following classes sub-class `airflow.models.skipmixin:SkipMixin` which directly access DB.
- BranchMixIn
- BaseSensorOperator
- BranchSQLOperator
- ShortCircuitOperator
To make it work with Task SDK and isolate the DB, we will have to remove the inheritance of these operators from `SkipMixin` and instead route these operations to the API Server from the worker.

@kaxil @ashb Why does `BaseSensorOperator` inherit from `SkipMixin`?
As of today, I didn't find any sensor that utilizes its `skip`/`skip_all_except` methods.
