Draft Announcement

This is a simple blurb to send to the announce lists and possibly
post to www.apache.org

--
Apache ActiveMQ has now graduated to become a top level project (TLP) at
Apache! Its new site is now hosted at http://activemq.apache.org/. Many
thanks to all those in the Incubator and ActiveMQ communities for making
this happen!

Apache ActiveMQ is a distributed messaging system which supports clients
in Java (JMS), C++, Ruby, Python and other languages. Apache ActiveMQ is
fast, provides many advanced features, and fully supports JMS 1.1 and
J2EE 1.4. Apache ActiveMQ is released under the Apache License, Version
2.0.
