distribution area is https://dlcdn.apache.org/maven/resources/

it currently contains only apache-source-release-assembly-descriptor-1.0.6-source-release.zip , because other resource bundles have not been released for years...

we need now to have the next release: maven-apache-resources-1.5-source-release.zip
