Thanks for the patch [~jalbert]. I'Ve applied a slightly modified version in rev 1814050 and rev 1814051 (R7 branch).
I didn't apply the move of the constants. This is in order to keep the changes minimal as we have to maintain two branches atm (R6 + R7)
I changed the name of the property to "org.apache.felix.http.runtime.init." as this is more inline with the other props for similar cases like "servlet.init", "filter.init" etc.
