Custom Handler

Fellow Users:

 

I have written a custom handler to add a <wsse:Security> element in the
SOAPHeader.  The server I am posting the message to does not allow me to
have the soapenv:mustUnderstand attribute in the element (which seems to
always get generated in the message).  Is there a way to tell Axis
(Perhaps via the wsdd), or to tell my Customer Handler class to _NOT_
output the soapenv:mustUnderstand attribute when creating the XML
Message from the SOAPHeaderElement?
