[ANN] Apache Karaf (runtime) 4.2.8 has been released!

The Apache Karaf team is pleased to announce Apache Karaf runtime
4.2.8 release!

Apache Karaf runtime 4.2.8 is a maintenance release on the 4.2.x
series. It brings improvements and bug fixes especially:

* fix on bat script for Windows platform
* several updates for CVE security fixes
* add JMXMP support
* add filter support on @Reference in command
* new examples
* and much more !
