[was: RE: JXTemplateGenerator] setup() called twice when cocoon:// protocol used

I debugged JXTG down and found out that seupt() is called twice when you
use cocoon://.
There have been problems in the past with xsp pages that were loaded twice
when using
cocoon:/(/) protocol

http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26186

Maybe there is a connection to
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xml-cocoon-dev&m=109419334830100&w=2

WDYT? Are there any paths to follow?

Regards,
Michael
