When the IDE seem to interact with the file system it is VERY slow. Every step in a file dialog takes like 10 seconds,

In Platform Manager , clicking on "Add Platform" it hangs for 10 secs before anything happens.

These are just examples.

It is a very fast Windows, SSD PC.
