[jira] [Created] (INFRA-9379) Block user from Jira

Andy Kurth created INFRA-9379:
---------------------------------

             Summary: Block user from Jira
                 Key: INFRA-9379
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9379
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Wish
          Components: JIRA
            Reporter: Andy Kurth

Somebody at NCSU did something to subscribe their helpdesk call tracking email address to Jira for the VCL project. The user name appears as "NCSU Service Desk" and the link is:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=help%40ncsu.edu

The user is watching this issue:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VCL-763

Whenever I delete one of their auto-generated comments, a new comment is generated. I seem to be able to remove the user from the issue's "watching" list but it keeps coming back.

Please block or disable this user if possible. I work at NCSU. There is no reason why any messages should be sent to or from Jira from any of the following addresses:
help@ncsu.edu
*@help.ncsu.edu
*help*@ncsu.edu
