Regarding User's Guide

Hi,

I was looking for the `Axis Installation Guide', and I found out that the
link on the Axis User's Guide (Alpha 3 version), within the `Installing
Axis' section is incorrect. The link as of now is:

http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/~checkout~/xml-axis/java/docs/xml-axis/java/docs/install.html

whereas it should be:

http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/~checkout~/xml-axis/java/docs/install.html
