Yippeee!
Isn't it nice to read something like this? This blog made my day, see

We should have countered on TSS, that's where the FUD damage was done
mostly. Good counter regardless.

And why do blogs have "comments" if what you are supposed to do is to
create a new page linking to the other blog. That breaks the purpose
of blogs, right? We have plain pages for that, and not sophisticated
blog/comment systems...
And only removing the points of view against your blogs seems not very
correct to me. He could just have disabled any more comments but let
the existing ones there.

Well, I mentioned in my first comment that I was going to split up my
posts, to better structure my responses and align them with paragraphs
in the original blog post. In any case, I didn't save my original
posts, and I find it highly disturbing to destroy two hours of work,
calling it Spam, when I was commenting in earnest on his original
post. I don't have a problem with him deleting my posts when he sends
them to me at the same time for me to be able to write my blog entry.
Very strange.

It doesn't seem unreasonable to me. That was quite a lot of comments you
added, particularly if people then started commenting on your comments.
The original blog may not have been 100% correct, but it's not a JSF
assassination attempt. He really did implement the same app faster on
Spring MVC than on JSF so there are issues that need thinking about.
Why not put your info up on the myfaces wiki instead, then post a link
to it on the blog article as was suggested? I had a few comments to make
as well, and some questions to ask you about your notes...
The final page could be a useful resource for many people..

Simon

mmarinschek, you obviously have a lot of things to say, but please I
would be thankful if you blog about it somewhere else and refer to it
here. This way we do not lower the S/N ratio and do not continue a
thread that is already quite old. 18 posts are quite too much to be
