(as asked on infrastructure@ a couple of weeks ago, but probably here is better for tracking)

The OpenOffice project still has problems with correctly delivering e-mails to non-subscribed list posters.

If ezmlm-idx supports (not sure about this) an "accepted-by-moderator" notification message, we should enable it on the dev@openoffice and users@openoffice lists to tell the poster something like "We accepted your post to the OpenOffice dev/users list but you are not subscribed; please follow http://markmail.org/search/+list:org.apache.incubator.ooo-dev / http://markmail.org/search/+list:org.apache.incubator.ooo-users to read answers".

A similar "rejected-by-moderator" notification message surely exists, see
