[jira] [Resolved] (ACCUMULO-2869) Wrong method called on WriteParameters in Tablet#createTableConfiguration()

Josh Elser resolved ACCUMULO-2869.
----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Verified the reported problem (thanks, Ted), fixed the code, and added a test.

Required a new constructor in Tablet so that I could actually make an object. Documented that it's for testing purposes only with javadoc and guava's visibility annotation.
