> {{aosp.version}} now defaults to 1.28.0 and is only 1.24.0 in the {{java11-target}} profile. The job runs on JDK 11, but {{deploy_staging_jars.sh}} is called without {{$PROFILE}}, so it gets 1.28.0. Locally on JDK 11, {{./mvnw spotless:check -pl flink-annotations}} fails the same way and passes with {{-Pjava11-target}}.
